Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping in Costa Rica is free of charge for all orders and may take 1 to 2 business days.
International Shipping
REGULAR MAIL
This delivery option might take1-2 weeks to the USA & 2- 3 weeks to Canada and Europe for your package to arrive and does not provide a tracking number.
The delivery will be made by your local post service. For example USPS in United States, Canada Post in Canada, Australia Post in Australia and Deutche Post in Germany.
International Custom Charges
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Felicity Swimwear does not have any control over these charges or is unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own country regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to paid by the customer on delivery of order.
Exchanges
We offer an exchange on items returned unworn and in its original packaging with tags attached, within 14 days of receipt of goods. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Order cancellations
If notified before goods have been dispatched, felicity swimwear can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, felicity swimwear reserves the right to refuse order cancellation.
